Subscription, Payouts, and Referrals

How the platform plan, Stripe payouts, creator dashboard, referrals, co-sellers, and post subscriptions fit together.

Platform subscription vs post pricing

GetPaidX separates your account plan from the offers you sell.

  • your platform subscription determines whether monetization tools are available,
  • your post pricing determines what buyers pay for a specific post or offer.

This distinction matters because being a Pro user does not automatically mean every post is paid.

Payouts and Stripe

The payouts section is where you connect the Stripe account state needed for seller payouts.

Until payouts are properly configured, the app can prevent or limit paid-offer flows. That is deliberate: the platform is protecting the payment experience and the seller setup flow from being half-configured.

Creator dashboard

The creator dashboard is the summary surface for how your selling side of the account is performing.

Users should expect it to answer questions like:

  • am I monetization-ready,
  • what referrals are active,
  • which posts are performing,
  • what subscriber or revenue patterns are visible,
  • what purchases or collaborator relationships are recent.

Referrals and co-sellers

Referrals and co-sellers let you share value with collaborators instead of treating every sale as solo-only.

Use referrals when someone is introducing users or traffic into your offer. Use co-seller setups when another person is directly tied to the offer and should share in the economics.

The key end-user meaning is that the app can preserve attribution and payout structure around collaboration, not just around the final seller.

Post subscriptions and buyer state

Post subscriptions are where recurring buyer relationships become visible after the sale.

This is different from your own platform plan. It is about who is subscribed to your specific post offers and what their buyer relationship currently looks like.

Most common monetization jobs

Use this page as your monetization starting point when you want to:

  • understand why Pro, payouts, and post pricing are separate setup steps,
  • figure out whether Stripe setup is the next blocker,
  • understand where referrals and co-seller relationships fit,
  • understand whether you should look at buyer subscriptions or your own account plan.
